About Me

Hello and Welcome! I have been a grateful visitor on the territory of the Lekwungen and WSANEC peoples for twenty-six years. I am a registered clinical counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I completed my undergraduate degree in Education in 2004 at the University of Victoria and in 2016, I completed my Masters of Arts Degree in Indigenous Communities Counselling at the University of Victoria.

Central to my therapeutic practice is working from a trauma-informed lens. I prioritize creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can feel fully heard and understood. My person-centered approach ensures that you are at the center of our work together, with your goals, values, and experiences being honoured during our sessions.

Taking the step to seek therapy is a courageous and empowering decision. Whether you are facing specific challenges or seeking overall personal growth, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can work towards building a life that is rich with meaning, connection, and well-being.

Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
